The information we gather from you allows us to deliver the products and services you request and to help us improve your experience with us. Some information that you share with us, including your name, postal address, email address and phone number can be used to identify you or can be reasonably used in connection with other information to identify you. Any payment information shared during an online transaction on our website is done via a secure third party payment portal (Sum Up) and Turner Rowe Art Centre will see none of this.
None of your credit/debit card information is kept on-site at Turner Rowe Art Centre . This is why you need to give us this information each time you order, which can be frustrating, but is a policy to protect you.

Returns & Refund Policy
We strive to only sell top quality products, new, unused and tested to give the best results possible when the instructions are followed.
Please inspect all goods carefully when they arrive. Due to the fragile nature of some of the glass and ceramic products we sell, we go to extra lengths in our packaging procedures. However, occasionally a consignment may inadvertently get damaged during transit, rendering the contents unusable, if this happens to you, please contact Turner Rowe Art Centre as soon as possible.
If you are at all unhappy with any of the products received, please give us a call and let us know!
If you have placed and paid for an order which you wish to cancel, please let us know as soon as possible. You can call us on 07307 527848 or email us at info@turnerroweartcentre. We aim to dispatch goods within 24 hours of receiving the order, if you let us know before we dispatch then we may be able to refund your delivery charge as well.
If you want to return your order, you must inform us of your intention within 7 days of receipt. All goods must arrive back with us in an unused and undamaged condition to be considered for a refund. The buyer will be responsible for postage costs when returning an item.
Deposits for classes are non-refundable, but we will carry them over to a future date for up to one year
Our liability is strictly limited to the value of any product supplied, not to any consequential loss.
